Unplugging, turning off water, cleaning a filter that releases water, moving the appliance. We tell you exactly what to prepare.
Time for a technician
Anything inside the cabinet, any wiring, motors, pumps and control boards. We’ll help you describe the problem so the visit goes faster.
Stop and get help if you smell burning or see sparks or scorch marks, water is near an outlet or cord, or a breaker trips again after you’ve reset it once. Switch the appliance off at the breaker if you can do so safely.
