What it means
The tub has more water in it than it should.
What to try
Unplug the washer before any step beyond a quick look, and turn the water off before touching hoses.
- Front-load: check the detergent dispenser for extra water.
- Unplug the washer for 60 seconds, plug it back in and run a quick cycle.
Call a technician if
- The code comes back after the reset.
Resetting an LG washer
LG’s usual reset: unplug the washer for 10 to 60 seconds (LG gives different times for different codes), plug it back in and restart. If the code persists, contact LG for service.
